EVAR (Endovascular Aortic Aneurysm Repair) and TCAR (Transcarotid arterial revascularization with reversal flow for Neuro protection) have become part of our favorites approach for AAA and Carotid artery disease for selected patients and optimal anatomies. Vascular surgery is moving towards minimal invasives approach and probably in 10-20 years very few selected cases will be solved with open repair surgery without hybrids techniques or endovascular support. But we should be aware that when we perform innovative procedures we should report and share our results, as we are doing participating in the international ROADSTER 2 trial with TCAR and in the EVAR 30-D SACVA registry, which I collaborate as main investigator. Only sharing and discussing our results and learning curve in papers and scientific meetings we can keep our step by step philosophy to become a vascular reference center. Gore & Associates and Julie Lindsay from Silk Road Medical, Inc. for your support in our today cases.
